Important to our Process
Our newest family farm endeavor is making and selling 100% pure beeswax candles from our newly improved crop of beeswax. As we continue on our candle-producing journey, we are constantly improving our process to provide our customers with high quality candles that burn clean, bright, and for many hours.
Important to our Process
- Pure, clean beeswax The cleaner the wax starts out, the better the finished candles burn, so it is an important component of our process that the wax has as many impurities (dirt and debris) removed as possible.
- Beautiful, consistent color We have also been working to blend and heat the wax carefully to produce a beautiful and consistent golden color for each batch of candles we pour.
- Form & functional variety We’ve invested in a variety of taper, pillar, and specialty candle molds to be able to offer both decorative and practical candle options.
- Natural cotton wicks To help minimize allergens in the air while burning and to lengthen burn time, all of our taper and specialty candles have square-braid natural 100% cotton wicks.

Caring for Beeswax Candles
Beeswax candles develop a cloudy or white film on the surface called bloom. It is formed when the softer oils within the candle rise to the surface. It can easily be removed by applying gentle heat, such as leaving in sunlight, blowing warm air from a hair dryer, or wiping with a warm cloth.
Trim the candle wick to about 1/4 inch each time you burn your candle and keep your burning candle away from drafts and vents. Not only is this the safest way to burn your candle, but it will also help ensure that your candle does not drip.
